The San Francisco labor law lawyers at Blumenthal, Nordrehaug and Bhowmik filed a proposed class action Complaint against Tee It Up LLC for allegedly failing to provide their restaurant employees with the legally required thirty minute uninterrupted meal periods and the rest periods as required under California law. The proposed class action lawsuit alleges that the employees working at the Buffalo Wild Wing restaurant location owned by Tee It Up LLC were not always able to take their thirty minute uninterrupted meal breaks before their fifth hour of work. California law requires employers to provide their non-exempt employees paid on an hourly basis with thirty minute meal periods before the employee works five hours.
