Brandon Hall Group has launched its new survey research on HR Compliance, aimed at providing insights on how top-performing organizations are managing the shifting HR regulatory landscape and capture future trends.
The research survey, which can be accessed here http://bit.ly/2a75TYg, was developed by Principal HR/Workforce Management Analyst Cliff Stevenson and the Brandon Hall Group research team. The survey is designed to provide information on:
- The direct and indirect value (or detriment) of proper compliance with the Affordable Care Act, EEOC, FLSA and other workforce regulations
- Leading practices in regard to human capital compliance, anticipation of other regulatory changes, and employee data privacy and security
- The impact of ADA, FMLA, OSHA, DHS, EEOC, and OFCCP regulations on key business metrics
- Expected change in budgets specifically earmarked for compliance
- Demand for, and use, of technology solutions that help manage compliance
The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete. Preliminary results are expected by mid-August with reports and data tables available shortly thereafter. The survey research will be supplemented with qualitative interviews with selected survey respondents, as well as case studies from high-performing organizations from throughout the world. Major reports are expected in the fall.
