Singota™ Solutions Announces Selection of Vanrx Aseptic Filling Equipment
Bloomington, Indiana (PRWEB) July 20, 2016 -- Singota Solutions has selected Vanrx Pharmasystems’s SA25 Aseptic Filling Workcell to provide the company’s new filling capability. Singota chose the Vanrx technology for its manufacturing flexibility and the exceptional drug product quality that it can deliver to pharmaceutical companies making injectable medicines.
The Vanrx system provides a completely automated filling process integrated within an isolator. The system is a gloveless, robotic workcell that performs filling, stoppering, and capping processes. Singota customers will benefit from highly repeatable, precision fills with reduced particulate counts versus conventional technology. Unique material handling features allow the versatility to fill vials, syringes, and cartridges.

Singota expects to take delivery of the equipment by the end of 2016, with an anticipated start of these services in 2017. The addition of small-scale, clinical aseptic manufacturing complements the company’s existing services that include formulation development, analytical testing, labeling and kitting, and supply chain management.
