Samanage outscores competitors as top ITSM solution

GetApp, a cloud-based business applications marketplace, released its Q3 Category Leader ranking for the top 25 cloud-based IT service management solutions. Samanage, a SaaS service management company, led the category at number one, with SysAid and ServiceNow following in second and third, respectively.

GetApp, a Gartner company, serves as a platform for user-generated and editorial reviews of software and applications for businesses. Selection criteria for their quarterly category leaders list was based on five data points, including user reviews, integrations, mobile availability, security and media presence. Each factor is worth 20 points, for a total possible score of 100.

“Overall, Samanage scored 84 points, which is 12 points higher than the next vendor on the list,” said Suzie Blaszkiewicz, GetApp IT service management researcher. “Their strong user review ratings, as well as robust integrations helped them receive a perfect 20 in both subsections of the scoring. On top of that, their powerful data security measures and mobile capabilities helped them score big, driving them to the top of the list.”

On GetApp, Samanage users have consistently rated the solution at four or five stars, detailing the improvements the service management solution has brought to their IT departments.
