CCRA Hires Pamela Hirsch to Head Up New Agency Engagement Division
Fort Worth, Texas (PRWEB) July 22, 2016 -- CCRA announced today that Pam Hirsch has joined the organization as the new Senior Director of Agency Engagement. She will be responsible for leading CCRA’s new Agency Engagement Division.
In her position, Pam will be responsible for keeping GDS-enabled corporate and leisure clients more closey engaged in their CCRA partnership. This division will be crucial in ensuring that CCRA partners are utilizing everything at their disposal to optimize their business. Pam will play an integral part helping companies who partner with CCRA fully understand the value of their membership and what CCRA has to offer travel agents and their businesses.
On her new position, Pam had this to say,

Pam has an impressive background in the travel industry with over 25 years of experience. Most recently, she served as Program Manager for Independent Contractors and Host Agencies at Travel Leaders Franchise Group, where she was instrumental in developing a new program for supporting Host Agencies and recruiting Independent Contractors.
Pam has multiple years of selling travel agency franchises for Carlson Leisure Group and Travel Leaders Franchise Group, in addition to owning and operating her own store front travel agency for 9 years. She is a member of the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) and of the Professional Association of Travel Hosts (PATH).
