Adlucent Named Second Best Small Agency for Culture by Advertising Age

The award from the internationally-renowned marketing publication salutes outstanding independent shops with 150 or fewer employees at its annual Small Agency Conference.
The award for culture recognizes companies that make employees proud of their work and have fun while they do it. Nominees were evaluated on work climate, team atmosphere, benefits and employee engagement, and connection with their local community. Judging was determined by editorial staff from Ad Age, as well as a panel of ad agency professionals across the country.
