Moody’s Affirms LoanCare and Cites Above-Average Capabilities

Moody’s attributed the affirmations to LoanCare’s “above average collection abilities, above average loss mitigation results, above average foreclosure and timeline management, above average loan administration and average servicer stability.” Moody’s previously upgraded LoanCare in March 2015, advancing the Special Servicer rating from SQ3 to SQ3+.
