Bio-Logic Aqua® Water Life Science® founder, creator of Nature’s Tears Eye Mist and radio hostess Sharon Kleyne welcomed Hall of Fame, UCLA All-American volleyball player, health and yoga professor, radio host and certified life coach Sharkie Zartman ( to The Sharon Kleyne Hour Power of Water, Global Warming and Your Health to discuss the importance of water to healthy longevity.

Zartman, author of five books, including the recent Take on Aging as a Sport: The Athletic Approach to Aging, wants her students and clients to understand that “once you hit fifty, you’re already in the game whether you like it or not. So get off the bench,” says Sharkie, “put on your helmet and get in there!”

Agreeing, Kleyne added, “Turn your life into a sport every day, a discipline, a training.” Kleyne also wants people of every age to understand that optimum health can only be achieved if they take responsibility for replenishing the body’s water vapor, which is in the air we breathe and is essential to life. “The eyes are 99% water,” says Kleyne; “your brain is 80% to 85 % water; your lungs are 75% to 80% water; your heart, liver, kidneys, skin and muscles are 70% to 75% water; your blood is 50% water. Even your bones are 25% water. What does that make you? You’re a walking sponge!”

Kleyne and Zartman also agree on the perils of sugar consumption, pointing out that people drink the wrong things while thinking they’re replenishing essential fluids. Instead, “we’re drinking a lot of calories,” says Zartman. “We’re drinking a lot of chemicals. Sugar causes dehydration and inflammation.”

“People must also realize,” says Zartman, “that exercise is no longer optional. The body needs to move. I found that yoga saved my life, providing a ‘time-out’, which I need in my busy life.”

“Everyone needs to manage stress better,” Kleyne points out. “People need to learn how to relax while drinking lots of water, eating and sleeping properly, and breathing. Don’t forget to breathe!”

Of course, optimal health always begins and ends with water. Kleyne and Doyle concur that an important remedy for Dry Eye Syndrome is Kleyne’s Nature’s Tears Eye Mist, the only personal hand-held humidifying device emitting a pure, pH balanced, 100% water mist for dry eyes. Nature’s Tears Eye Mist is endorsed by more than 22,000 ophthalmologists and optometrists nationwide and was successfully test-marketed in more than 70,000 outlets. Nature’s Mist® Face of the Water® for dry skin and Bio-Med Wash® for athletic injuries are also one-of-kind solutions for water vapor evaporation because all of these products use only Trademark Secret tissue culture grade fresh water and nothing else.
