Cohen Schneider & O’Neill LLP, New York’s highly trusted law firm focused on business, internet and startup law as well as serving education and not-for-profit organizations, is delighted to announce a new office opening in Boston, Massachusetts at 51 Melcher Street. In addition to offices in Manhattan, Queens and Newark, New Jersey (with service also provided to Connecticut-based clients through our existing offices), the Firm is also pleased to announce that it is expanding its practice to include Massachusetts.

With decades of experience in small business law, real estate, family, and education law matters, the attorneys and professionals at Cohen Schneider & O’Neill have deep interest in their areas of practice, delivering personalized counsel to all clients to provide them with the best possible strategy and opportunity to achieve their desired objectives.

Lisa Holtzmuller, an associate with the Firm since 2013, has been promoted to counsel and in addition to continuing her work with New York and Connecticut clients, will lead the Firm’s new Boston office Lisa focuses her practice on advising clients in the education space, as well as working with the Firm’s general corporate and real estate clients.

Dwayne Andrews has joined the Firm as Of-Counsel and will focus his Firm-based practice on education, general corporate and regulatory affairs-related projects. Dwayne brings two decades of experience from serving in a variety of law and lobbying-focused roles on Capitol Hill, in industry and private practice.

Nisha Ragha is a 2015 graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School and joined the Firm last fall, working closely with our Corporate and Education Practice Group clients. Nisha was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in the fall of 2015 and the New York Bar in July 2016.
