National Council of Nonprofits Elects New Directors and Officers
Washington, DC (PRWEB) July 25, 2016 -- The National Council of Nonprofits (Council of Nonprofits) announced the election of respected nonprofit leaders from across the country to its Board of Directors.
At the Council of Nonprofits’ annual meeting on July 12th, the following board members were re-elected:
• Trisha Lester, Acting President, North Carolina Center for Nonprofits
• Lisa Maruyama, President and CEO, Hawai`i Alliance of Nonprofit Organizations
• Doug Sauer, CEO, New York Council of Nonprofits
Appointed as officers for 2016-2017 are:
• Chair – Renny Fagan, President and CEO, Colorado Nonprofit Association
• Vice Chair – Donna Murray-Brown, President and CEO, Michigan Nonprofit Association
• Treasurer – Anne Hindery, CEO, Nonprofit Association of the Midlands
• Secretary – Doug Sauer, CEO, New York Council of Nonprofits
