The partnership brings networking technology, concierge services, and collaboration best practices to TAtech events, a huge ROI boost for the association’s members.

HR Tech Advisor announced they have recently signed a partnership agreement as the official 'Collaboration Partner' for TAtech: The Association for Talent Acquisition Solutions.

TAtech is the first organization in the HR industry to go beyond 'cocktail hour' networking functions for the vendors in the HR ecosystem by formalizing a partnership with an expert in partnering and therefore ensuring additional ROI for the exhibitors, sponsors and industry suppliers that attend their events.

Their first event piloting a 'collaboration room' together was at the recent TAtech Industry Congress held in Orlando Florida this past April. The room held over 500 meetings during the two day event and was considered by all a smashing success. Mark Willaman, ceo for HRmarketer remarked "Your deal center / demo room was a huge hit and I was very impressed with the entire operation. In short, you guys hit it out of the park!"

Chris Russell, long time industry guru, got his wish - per his post in his popular blog "The alliances room was popular because let's face it, we all just want to network. Hope that continues next year ... Being able to see who is coming is a must have for any conference in my opinion."

Peter Weddle, ceo for TAtech is thrilled with the new partnership "TAtech has served TA technology companies for almost ten years. That's been the association's sole mission and total focus. The TAtech Center for Deals & Alliances expanded on that commitment by providing a one-of-a-kind venue specifically designed to advance the bottom line of any organization with a talent acquisition product or service."

Larry Cummings, chief connector and co-founder of shared "From my experience, TAtech has always been the place to nurture vendor-vendor opportunities. Dedicated networking resources have been well received." The TAtech post-event survey found out what delegates really thought about structured networking in the TAtech Center for Deals & Alliances: 36.4% voted 'Very Beneficial' and 0% voted 'Bad Idea.' Larry reflected on this outstanding feedback "Together we completely flipped the dynamics of HR industry events from chance meetings and 'no-shared future' business card exchanges to pre-scheduled opt-in collaborative meetups."

HR Tech Advisor has been working with numerous industry experts wanting to support the launch of, a platform custom designed for creating and managing partnerships in the HR tech/services ecosystem. "We are on a mission to lower the partnership failure rate in our industry which is partially caused by poor planning and lack of useful information before industry events" says Ward Christman, chief advisor for HR Tech Advisor and co-founder of "TAtech has been a fabulous partner and truly has their member's needs as their top priority - we intend to do many more events together to bring great partnering success to their members that will better drive results for their member's clients."
