Santos, who lives in Tampa, Florida is a fourth-generation paint contractor with over 40 years of experience in interior/exterior painting and home improvement education. In addition to hosting packed seminars across the country, authoring several best-selling books, and appearing on television to share his expertise, Santos himself started a painting business which he grew to a highly successful venture. He will be sharing his understanding of the industry, application expertise, and insight into growing a more profitable business. He can do it for franchisees because he has done it himself.

As part of the company’s strides forward, Riley also has hired Nate Millhouse as Fresh Coat’s new Vice President of Operations. Millhouse brings a business coaching background to the company, so he’ll be focusing on helping franchisees grow and scale their business in addition to helping them be successful as a smaller operation.
