TR Fire Grill Hires New Restaurant Executive Chef

Romacorp, Inc., parent company of TR Fire Grill, announces its restaurant in Winter Park, Florida, and has hired Christy Steinmeier as its new restaurant executive chef. With a degree in Culinary Arts from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute and more than 20 years of experience in culinary and food service, Steinmeier will lead TR Fire Grill’s kitchen. She will be working directly under the guidance of Romacorp’s Senior Vice President of Culinary, Chef Bob Gallagher.

Before joining TR Fire Grill, Steinmeier was the executive chef at Cobbs Landing, Bluewater Beach Grill, Berry Fresh Café and Jan’s Place at Ocean Village. She also has experience as an executive chef at the Improv Kitchen and Marshall Fields, both located in Chicago, Ill.
