LOGiQ³ Corp, a global expert provider of life insurance and reinsurance consulting and outsourcing services is pleased to announce that the company has chosen KPMG, a global leader of audit services as vendor of choice to complete its annual Canadian Standards for Assurance Engagements No. 3416 (“CSAE 3416”), Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements No. 16 (“SSAE 16”) and International Standards for Assurance Engagement No. 3402 (“ISAE 3402”) Type 2 audit requirements.

The scope of this audit will cover the control processes within the underwriting, reinsurance administration, and claims processing insurance services provided to LOGiQ³ clients, and will also report on the suitability of the design of controls to achieve the related control objectives and on the operating effectiveness of those controls.

Successful issuance of reports assures clients that LOGiQ³’s business processes are designed and implemented to provide the controls required to properly manage their business. The attestation indicates that business processes, procedures and controls have been evaluated and tested by KPMG, an independent and highly credible third party.
