Former NY State Police Superintendent Joseph D'Amico Joins MSA Security as Senior VP of Operations

Leading MSA’s global operations, D’Amico will play a critical role in the company’s accelerated growth and expansion.
D’Amico, a three decade veteran of law enforcement for the NYPD and in Albany, retired from the New York State Police in June, where he was appointed Superintendent by Governor Andrew M. Cuomo in 2011. He was responsible for the overall management, operations and policy of the nation’s second largest state police entity with more than 4,700 sworn and 700 civilian members. Prior, D’Amico served as Chief Investigator for the New York State Attorney General for four years, supervising more than 300 criminal and civil investigators.
