Cloud-based business apps marketplace GetApp has released its new Category Leader rankings of the top 25 field service management solutions for Q3 2016. HouseCall Pro maintained its spot atop the list in first place over last quarter, while mHelpDesk and GeoOp rounded out the top 3.
As a way for business owners to get a first look at the top cloud-based field service management apps on the market, the ranking is based on five unique factors, each worth 20 points, for a total possible score of 100. These data points include software integrations, user reviews, mobile app availability, media presence, and security.
“HouseCall Pro remained strong in first place for the third quarter in a row, thanks in part due to its large number of positive user reviews, as well as a high security score, both contributing 19 points to its total of 85. Second place mHelpDesk was strong in integrations with a score of 18, while third place GeoOp had a solid 16 for its mobile apps, media presence, and security. New entries to this quarter’s ranking include Service Fusion at number 22, and Send A Job coming in at 25,” says Suzie Blaszkiewicz, project manager of GetApp’s Category Leader rankings.
