Van Wert, OH (PRWEB) August 01, 2016 -- Braun Industries will be participating as an exhibitor in the upcoming IAFC’s Annual Conference and Expo, Fire-Rescue International. Better known as FRI, this year’s event will take place from August 17-20, 2016 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas. Braun Industries will be in Booth #19060 with three custom ambulances on display. Exhibit hall hours will be Friday, August 19th from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday, August 20th from 8:30 am from 1:00 pm.
“We really look forward to participating in FRI each year,” says Braun Industries’ Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Chad Brown. “The International Association of Fire Chiefs puts on a great conference and expo and this year we’ve selected three unique ambulances to display. We’re bringing along a very knowledgeable team of sales representative including two Regional Sales Managers – Jarret Hammons and Jason, Adair - as well as myself. We will also have members from our dealer network, with sales representatives from Lone Star Emergency Vehicles, Glick Fire Equipment Co., Ten-8 Fire Equipment, and Emergency Equipment Professionals. We all look forward to catching up with customers old and new and sharing with them what makes Braun ambulances some of the safest, best-built emergency vehicles on the road.”
The three units that will be on display in Braun’s Booth #19060 are from Buchanan County EMS, the City of Miami, and a Braun demo. Buchanan County EMS is a Liberty Type I on a 2015 Ford F-450. The Braun Liberty is an extremely popular base unit model; New Orleans EMS runs Liberty ambulances on the hit A&E reality show, NIGHTWATCH. The Buchanan County EMS unit includes all the well-known Braun innovations, along with an attendant seat on the curb side, Medi-Kool dual temp vertical drug storage, drug storage in the ACP area, and an Ali Arc bumper.
The City of Miami unit is a Super Chief Type I on a 2015 Freightliner. The City of Miami has a large fleet of ambulances, with many Braun Super Chief models in their lineup. Often referred to as the “premier ambulance in the industry”, the Super Chief offers a safer, larger, more convenient module that’s easy for crews to work in. The City of Miami unit includes Braun’s standards, along with some unique features like an Engle refrigerator, 4 inch LED light around the curbside entry door, and Meganite counter tops.
The last unit on display will be a Chief XL Type III demo ambulance on a 2016 Ford E-450. The Chief XL model is a popular choice in Braun’s product offerings, delivering one of the highest usable payloads in the industry with optimum in room, storage, and comfort. The demo unit includes an EZ 02 Lift, sliding dry erase board that slides to close out the window, LED lighting throughout the module interior, and Federal Signal lighting package, among other things.
Those attending the IAFC Conference & Expo Fire-Rescue International 2016 are encouraged to visit with Braun Industries’ representatives in Booth #19060 during open hours. Exhibit hall hours will be Friday, August 19th from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday, August 20th from 8:30 am from 1:00 pm in the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. Braun’s booth will be located right inside the convention center entrance, past the registration tables to the right.
