A Better Today Recovery Services Recognized as a Life Saving Partner
Scottsdale Arizona (PRWEB) July 29, 2016 -- On Wednesday morning, 10,000 Beds honored A Better Today Recovery Services with its Life Saving Partner Award.
This award is given by 10,000 Beds to its partners to recognize the contributions made. The contributions or scholarships allow people who are addicted and can’t afford to enter a treatment center to get the help that could save their lives.
The goal of 10,000 beds is to award 10,000 scholarship beds by 2020. They plan to do this by asking for quality treatment centers to donate as little as one bed per year.
“From the beginning, ABTRS has supported our vision and stepped up in a big way, always going above and beyond. In 2016, we've awarded more than $250,000 in treatment scholarships, ABTRS' involvement was key to this accomplishment,” said 10,000 Beds Founder and CEO Jean Krisle.
A Better Today has donated 10 scholarship beds, two a month so far, and it plans to keep donating as many as possible.
The CEO of A Better Today Charles Anderson said, “The most important thing is helping people get the treatment they need. All too often people are going without treatment due to a lack of insurance coverage or the expense associated with getting the treatment they need and deserve. We want to do our part in making sure that treatment is available to those who need it.”
Anderson is dedicated to ensuring that clients at A Better Today get the best treatment possible.
