TUNE Certified Partner Program Sets the Global Standard for Mobile Advertising

Expansion comes amid growing demand from marketers for greater visibility into campaign performance and a seamless working experience with advertising partners

TUNE, the leader in mobile marketing technology, today announced the addition of seven companies to its Certified Partner Program, having met a set of TUNE best practices and standards for the mobile advertising industry. GET IT Mobile, LifeStreet, Manage, myTarget, Mobupps, StartApp, and Unity Ads join a growing collective of advertising partners that adhere to certification standards spanning technical integration, engagement, and compliance in mobile advertising.

The Certified Partner Program was the first program in the mobile industry to formally establish, communicate, and report on best practices for the mobile advertising industry when it launched in July 2015. Designed primarily to give marketers more visibility into advertising partners that best meet their marketing campaign goals, participation in the program now includes 25 industry-leading advertising partners.

The program encourages advertising partners to support mobile marketing best practices - such as passing cost data to help marketers calculate their return on ad spend immediately.

In addition to expanding industry participation in the program, TUNE has also seen an increase in best-practice adoption. More than fifty percent of applicants have improved their best-practices scorecard by at least 20 percent in the last year.

Although there have been more than 100 applicants to the Certified Partner Program, only 25 have met the TUNE’s stringent standards for certification. Previously certified companies include AdColony, Amazon, Aol, AppLift, AppLovin, Fiksu, InMobi, Motive, Supersonic, Adperio, Vungle, Chartboost, Fyber, IconPeak, Opera Mediaworks, Phunware, Pocket Media, and Surikate.
