Qmatic, a global leader in customer journey technology and insights, announced today it has acquired Belgium-based PresaCity from PRESA. PresaCity managed over 350 Qmatic installations in Belgium and Luxembourg that provide increased customer satisfaction and operational efficiency for their government, healthcare and retail clients.
Qmatic immediately is responsible for the products, contracts and support and maintenance of all PresaCity customers.
PresaCity was previously part of PRESA, a Qmatic partner since 1987 that offered Qmatic’s customer experience management products and services under the PresaCity brand. PRESA will continue to operate in Belgium, focused on its core business of coding, labeling and automatic identification products.
