San Antonio, Texas (PRWEB) August 02, 2016 -- Greene and Associates, Inc., a Career Partners International Firm, is partnering with Prospanica (formerly National Society for Hispanic MBAs) and Association of Talent and Development (ATD) San Antonio Chapters to create and facilitate the Emerging Leaders Leadership Series (ELLS). This is an inaugural year for the ELLS program.
Barbara A. F. Greene, Past President of ATD and Sam Caballero, current ATD President have teamed up to create and facilitate this program that starts in September 2016. This year’s Prospanica President, Yorka Velasco-Caballero is quick to say, “The ELLS is a leadership initiative that our members have been requesting. We are excited about launching this opportunity to the entire community”.
ELLS program is targeted on aiding emerging leaders embrace the “now” as a foundation of legacy leadership. Participants will engage in an interactive cohort group focused on developing and sustaining a legacy leadership approach. ELLS integrates a robust assessment process that includes strength based leadership, emotional intelligence, and values clarification. A straight talk approach will propel the participant in the workplace, community, and beyond.
The ELLS program was created for organizations who would like to engage their emerging leaders. Most importantly, emerging leaders who want to accelerate their leadership legacy.
