The agreement sets forth a framework to pursue trade opportunities in key emerging markets across South America, sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia (ASEAN).
The MoU between TBG and G2G Americas marks the latest milestone in TBG’s expanding Trade portfolio, which complements the company’s Investment and Consulting divisions. As part of the MoU, G2G will seek to leverage its portfolio of suppliers and trade clients, as well as its consulting services, to target key partners for collaboration with TBG. Similarly, TBG will seek to leverage its network of governmental, corporate and local industry/business relationships across emerging markets, to help trading partners to tap into Africa’s expansive growth and rapid development. By leveraging market-specific solutions, G2G will also help to mitigate the risk of entering these global markets for TBG investors and suppliers.
