VARIDESK Files ITC Complaint Against Nortek, INC for Alleged Patent Infringement

VARIDESK LLC, one of the worldwide leaders in the manufacture and sale of height-adjustable desk solutions has filed a complaint* with the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) against Nortek, Inc. of Providence, Rhode Island and Ergotron, Inc. of St. Paul, Minnesota (Ergotron is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nortek).

VARIDESK claims that Nortek has infringed U.S. Patent Nos. 9,113,703 and 9,277,809 with the importation and sale of the WORKFIT-T, WORKFIT-TL and WORKSPACE LIFT35 products sold under the Ergotron brand name.

The VARIDESK line of height-adjustable desk solutions, which includes the Pro Series, Pro Plus Series and Cubicle Series, incorporates VARIDESK's patented technology and is protected by both U.S. Patent Nos. 9,113,703 and 9,277,809.

VARIDESK requested the ITC issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against Nortek, Ergotron and all related entities.
