Ecommerce Platform Expands Capabilities to Better Serve B2B Merchants

Zoey, a SaaS ecommerce platform for growing brands, is announcing the release of an innovative set of tools for B2B and wholesale businesses. After introducing the first drag-and-drop design editor for ecommerce in late 2015, these new B2B features further Zoey’s mission to make advanced ecommerce tools accessible to growing businesses.

“Many of our customers target several audiences, including the general public, wholesalers and other businesses. They need tools that allow them to sell to these various segments in unique ways through a single platform. That’s what Zoey now offers,” said Eric DiPalma, VP of Product at Zoey.    

Zoey’s B2B toolkit gives merchants the ability to manage critical store data like categories, products, pricing, payment methods and shipping options based on customer groups. Merchants can segment their customers into groups and create rules to specify the areas and functionality of a store that the group can access. These rules can be configured in multiple ways, giving merchants granular control over their store.    

Merchants can password protect access to their store, restrict access to categories of products, pricing information within a category and add to cart functionality for a category. Merchants can also restrict access to individual products, product pricing information, access to the product details page and add to cart functionality for a product.

To offer shoppers a more tailored experience, merchants can specify pricing, a minimum order amount, shipping options, and payment methods per customer group. They can also configure account registration and approval workflows, as well as offer shoppers a quick order table that allows for faster bulk ordering.
