Dash Data, Inc. Joins SBA Small Business Technology Coalition
Washington, D.C. (PRWEB) August 04, 2016 -- The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has announced that Dash Data is joining its groundbreaking Small Business Technology Coalition (SBTC).
SBA Administrator Maria Contreras-Sweet heralded the announcement: “With the addition of new partners, SBA’s Small Business Technology Coalition continues to grow its unprecedented collection of educational and training resources from the world’s most iconic technology companies. These partners play a vital role as we work to educate entrepreneurs on the range of resources and technology available to help them connect to customers, scale, and conduct business safely anywhere in the world.”
CEO and founder of Dash Data Brett Dashe stated, “Our company has had a focus on small and medium sized businesses from day one. When presented with the opportunity to partner with the SBA and unite with some of our existing partners in the Small Business Technology Coalition, we were all in. Any opportunity to freely collaborate and share vital, practical knowledge on the fundamentals of transitioning to modern tech platforms is a big victory to help small businesses thrive in the future.”
SBA launched the SBTC earlier this year, a first-of-its-kind public-private partnership that provides America’s small businesses with one-stop access to the latest digital educational and training resources from technology innovators and industry leaders. Amazon, Box, Facebook, LegalZoom, Microsoft, Salesforce and Zenefits originally partnered with SBA to announce that the SBTC would make digital education and training available to small businesses across the United States to help them compete and use of cutting edge tools and resources.
Current resources include webinars, white papers, guided trainings, and more. Topics include online commerce and payment platforms, back-office operations support, productivity solutions, improved customer service and shopping experiences, cyber security, social media marketing and brand awareness, digital content management, doing business online through e-commerce, mobile centricity, and managing accounting and payments.
