NAWBO Chicago Presents “Facing the Future — Together” for Its Annual THRIVE Conference Sept. 26
Chicago, Ilinois (PRWEB) August 03, 2016 -- “Facing the Future — Together” is the theme of this year’s THRIVE Conference, a National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Chicago event that will feature six prominent keynote speakers including Jan Fields, Amanda Lannert, Suzanne Muchin and Sima Dahl.
The annual THRIVE Conference will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 26, at the Hyatt Regency Chicago, 151 E. Wacker Drive. Register at http://www.nawbo.org/chicago. Fields, former president of McDonald’s USA, LLC, is a respected motivational speaker who worked her way up — from flipping burgers to the C-suite where she oversaw strategy and business results of the 14,000 McDonald’s restaurants in the United States. She has been named to Forbes’ list of The World’s 100 Most Powerful Women, Fortune’s 50 Most Powerful Women in Business list, The Wall Street Journal’s 50 Women to Watch list and Crain’s Chicago Business’ list of 25 Women to Watch.
Lannert is CEO of The Jellyvision Lab. One of Chicago’s fastest growing tech companies, Jellyvision Lab develops interactive communication software solutions across mobile and desktop platforms. Prior to joining The Jellyvision Lab, Lannert managed global brands for Kellogg’s while at Leo Burnett, where she implemented campaigns for Pop-Tarts® and Nutri-Grain® bars. Lannert was named CEO of the Year at the 2014 and 2015 Moxie Awards.
Muchin is the co-founder and principal of Mind + Matter Studio, a communication and strategy firm for social purpose brands. With her long-time business partner (and M+MS co-founder), Rachel Bellow, Muchin is also the host of the podcast The Big Payoff and hosts a weekly segment on Women & Business on the WGN Business Noon Hour. Muchin has launched several others firms paving the way for her induction into the Chicago Entrepreneur Hall of Fame in 2012 for these ventures.
After a successful 20-year career in corporate marketing and branding, Dahl founded Sway Factory, Inc., a Chicago-based consulting and training firm. Known as America’s Personal Branding Champion, Dahl serves on several boards including the American Marketing Association and the Business Marketing Association. She is a co-author of two anthologies.
