Eliot Management Group announced a new sales representative compensation model today as part of a broader sales representative and merchant satisfaction initiative called The EMG Way. The new model is centered on a wage guarantee for sales reps once they meet nominal monthly requirements. Additionally, sales reps will receive immediate upfront commissions, high production bonuses and residual payout after their first full month of employment with Eliot Management Group.
