Gilbane Building Company is proud to announce that Emery Molnar has joined the Gilbane Management Team in Los Angeles, California. Emery will serve as Vice President of Business Operations for the Greater Los Angeles area, including Ventura, the Inland Empire, Orange County and surrounding areas. He brings extensive leadership credentials to Gilbane and has served in numerous executive roles across pre-construction, construction operations, strategic planning and business development over his 32-year career. Most recently, he served as Head of Design and Construction at Westfield where he was responsible for the delivery of large, complex mixed-use projects in California. His local Los Angeles experience spans nearly 20 years and includes the Design/Build and Construction Management at Risk delivery of education, corporate, residential, hospitality, retail and civic projects.

Emery is a graduate of the University of Purdue, where he received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in building construction. In addition to his professional commitment to education, he is passionate about mentoring high school students in his role as the Vice Chairman of the ACE Mentor Board of Directors for Los Angeles/Orange County.
