Qmatic, a global leader in customer journey technology and insights, has named Mattias Bogeblad as chief architect. The appointment reflects the company’s commitment to innovation in the continued evolution of Orchestra, its award-winning customer journey management enterprise software platform. Bogeblad will lead the design and development of new products that integrate with the Orchestra platform and promote greater engagement while providing companies the data and analytics they need to craft even more personalized and interactive customer experiences.
Prior to joining Qmatic, Bogeblad was architect at Knowit, an IT consultancy. A skilled developer, he brings more than a decade of expertise in enterprise systems architecture and product development to his new role. He will report to Martin Hallberg, Qmatic’s vice president of research and development and services.
