The Momentum Scheduling team is pleased to announce the latest release to the Momentum Scheduling application. New features include the introduction of Job Board, improvements to the request submission process and expanded notifications.
The newest release of Momentum introduces Job Board, the latest way to request changes to your schedule. This innovative feature allows staff to post unwanted shifts to the Job Board, giving other staff members the opportunity to pick up an extra shift. Those wanting to work the eligible assignment will need to be approved by the administrator before they can replace the original staff member on that shift. The introduction of Job Board to Momentum removes another layer of complexity from scheduling. Being able to post or request an extra shift to their schedules gives staff members the flexibility to update their schedules on their own.
In addition to the introduction of Job Board, Momentum Scheduling has streamlined the Request Wizard, allowing for quick request submissions and approvals. With a simplified interface, submitting a time-off, a shift swap or a work-on request has never been easier. New staff notifications include Job Board postings, assignment reminders, non-work assignments and role selection, as well as several new administrative notifications.
