Ms. Dalton joined the company in 2005, and quickly rose from customer service and claims processing, to several supervisory and management positions. She moves to her new position after a very successful position as Director of Operations for Medcom’s Fringe Benefit Division. Ms. Dalton has led the operations of our Fringe Benefit Division at Medcom, specializing in FSA, HRA, HSA, and Commuter Benefits for the last eight (8) years. “I am excited for the opportunity to lead the Sales & Marketing Division. I plan to bring the same level of success from my previous position in the Fringe Benefits Division to Sales and Marketing, and building upon existing and new relationships with our leading broker partners,” Ms. Dalton stated.
