The launch of this new mobile guest directory comes after much preparation and testing to ensure the needs of both hotel guest and owners will be met with this specific technology.

NADS’ GuideurGuest app is designed to give guests the ability to get all of the information they otherwise would find in a hotel room guest directory at the tips of their fingers. Available for Android® and Apple® smartphones, this application will offer a myriad of features that will make planning a trip far easier than it ever has been before. With access to information regarding both what is happening inside the hotel, as well as in surrounding areas, vacations and business trips can be navigated simply on visitors’ phones.

The new GuideurGuest application is designed to benefit both hotel guests and owners alike. Guests are offered features such as pre-arrival upgrades, a re-booking tool, interactive GPS maps, push messaging, real time communication via SMS texting and of course, a finely detailed digital guest directory. Hotel owners and managers will find the app to be extremely beneficial as well, as it gives guests a fast and easy way to review their establishment, and book their next stay upon check out. Making updates will be immediate if updates are required.
