Great Innovation Lies Ahead for the 2016 Constructech Vision Award Winners
Carol Stream, Ill. (PRWEB) August 19, 2016 -- With every problem comes a solution. Many leading companies in construction, along with their technology providers, were honored last night for applying leading-edge solutions on forward–thinking projects.
Constructech magazine is proud to announce the 2016 Constructech Vision Award winners, shining a spotlight on construction companies that turned a challenge into an opportunity through the use of ground-breaking technology. The announcement came at a dinner yesterday following Constructech’s Technology Day event held in Schaumburg, Ill.
The annual awards celebrate the challenges and triumphs that companies across all sectors of construction face. This includes residential construction, commercial, and heavy construction businesses, professionals in all trades, architectural and engineering firms, corporate owners, facility management companies, government agencies, and land developers.
Companies were awarded on their innovative approach to solve a particular issue and leverage technology in ways to make them more competitive in the marketplace. Winners that exhibited these criteria were eligible for a Gold, Silver, or Bronze award in their category. Hardware and software providers were also recognized for their dedication to their clients.
“It takes more than just having the latest technology to stay ahead of the game,” says Peggy Smedley, editorial director, Constructech. “This year’s Vision Award winners are demonstrating they are reinventing how solutions are used, and are capturing a competitive advantage that will set them apart for years to come.”
