“Bringing a franchise and real estate professional of MacMillan’s caliber to the LunchBOX executive mix helps us connect with and quickly qualify our many existing prospects and also helps us identify prospects throughout the country that fit and contribute to the LunchBOX culture,” Lane said. “Our goal is to provide a consistent line of communication and efficient, rich experience to the front line of our franchise development during this pivotal phase of our growth.”
LunchBOX Franchise currently operates 25 stores in 10 states, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, Oregon and Utah. The wax-only salon franchise has been commended for its unique business culture and dedication to an exceptional guest experience, all of which have contributed to coast-to-coast brand recognition and consistent growth since its inception.
“Just as it attracted me, LunchBOX Franchise’s smart, compelling strategy continues to draw exceptionally qualified business professionals to our franchisee family,” MacMillan said. “I’m eager and honored to facilitate and help continue this creation of a unified, dynamic group that energizes and enhances every community we have the privilege of becoming a part of.”
MacMillan came to LunchBOX Franchise from Colliers International as a real estate investment specialist, working with investors and developers in the acquisition and divestment of income producing properties. Prior to his time in real estate, he spent 13 years working in a family owned franchise selling technology hardware, software and services.
LunchBOX launched its national franchise program to answer growing consumer demand for expertly trained estheticians trained for the sole purpose of speed waxing in an environment that is dedicated to each guest’s comfort.
