Orlando Realtor Boosts Agency Size to Ride on Market Momentum
Orlando, FL (PRWEB) August 18, 2016 -- Chris Quarles Properties, a full-service real estate brokerage, added licensed agents with deep local ties to meet the surge in demand for housing in the Orlando area. The new hires are also expected to service leads generated by ChrisQuarles.com, the company’s content-rich website.
Additions to the brokerage team come as median home prices have steadily risen in 2016. The uptick in demand called for hiring Orlando’s top Realtors well versed in the best local properties and experts in guiding buyers and sellers through the search and sale process.
“Whether you’re buying or selling a home, this is an exciting time to be in the real estate market,” said owner Chris Quarles. “We’ve built a team to meet the housing demand and we’re especially proud of the website we created to provide buyers and sellers as much information as they need to make smart decisions.”
Constantly updated website features
In addition to showcasing the best MLS listings for luxury, historic, and midsize single-family homes, the ChrisQuarles Properties website and social media pages are constantly updated with helpful market news and information, from the latest innovations in interior design to do-it-yourself videos.
“A lot of our buyers are looking for homes to renovate so we’re providing information to help them visualize or get started with that process,” said Quarles. “We provide videos and articles to help sellers improve the value of their homes.”
According to Florida Realtors’ most recent housing market report, home sellers continue to get more of their original asking price at the closing table. Sellers of existing single-family homes received 96.3 percent (median percentage) of their original listing price, the report said.
