For the second consecutive year Gary R. Botwinick was also selected for inclusion in the 2017 Best Lawyers in America© in the field of Trusts and Estates. Gary Botwinick chairs Einhorn Harris’s Taxation/Trusts & Estates Department. He joined the firm in 1998, becoming Partner in 2001. His career began in the IRS Manhattan District Counsel Office, where he tried civil cases before the U.S. Tax Court. Botwinick advises families and high net worth individuals in connection with estate planning, represents fiduciaries in all aspects of estate and trust administration and represents beneficiaries in contested estate/trust matters. Mark Wechsler was selected for the second consecutive year for inclusion in the 2017 Best Lawyers in America© in the field of Family Law. Wechsler joined Einhorn Harris in 1997 and is a partner in the Matrimonial Department. He practices all aspects of matrimonial and family law. Jason R.
