Bonnie C. Frost was selected for inclusion in 2017 Best Lawyers in America in the fields of Family Law and Family Law Mediation. Since joining the firm in 1985, Frost has practiced in the field of matrimonial law and domestic relations, handling various cases such as divorce, custody, domestic violence, paternity, and adoption, and has had over 30 published opinions in the area of family law. She is approved by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to mediate family law matters and handles both court appointed and private mediation. Certified by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers to arbitrate family law matters, she works on family law arbitrations, including appellate arbitrations. Frost was the 2012 Recipient of the Saul Tischler Award by the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Section and most recently was selected as a finalist for the New Jersey Law Journal 2016 Attorney of the Year Award.
For the second consecutive year Gary R. Botwinick was also selected for inclusion in the 2017 Best Lawyers in America© in the field of Trusts and Estates. Gary Botwinick chairs Einhorn Harris’s Taxation/Trusts & Estates Department. He joined the firm in 1998, becoming Partner in 2001. His career began in the IRS Manhattan District Counsel Office, where he tried civil cases before the U.S. Tax Court. Botwinick advises families and high net worth individuals in connection with estate planning, represents fiduciaries in all aspects of estate and trust administration and represents beneficiaries in contested estate/trust matters. In 2006, Mr. Botwinick was named to the prestigious “40 Under 40” issue of the New Jersey Law Journal, a publication profiling attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice.
Mark Wechsler was selected for the second consecutive year for inclusion in the 2017 Best Lawyers in America© in the field of Family Law. Wechsler joined Einhorn Harris in 1997 and is a partner in the Matrimonial Department. He practices all aspects of matrimonial and family law. Wechsler has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a matrimonial trial lawyer and has completed the prestigious Arbitration Training Institute course offered by The American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Mr. Wechsler has dedicated himself to the development of strong client-attorney relationships and is well known for his creativity in finding resolutions in family law disputes in cases. Jason R.
