Brandon Hall Group Launches Diversity and Inclusion Study
Delray Beach, Florida (PRWEB) August 17, 2016 -- Brandon Hall Group has launched its new survey research on Diversity and Inclusion, aimed at examining the diversity and inclusion practices of organizations in the U.S. and abroad to determine the leading and next practices for managing and developing an increasingly diverse workforce.
The research survey, which can be accessed here (https://www.research.net/r/H6JDFGP), was developed by Principal HR/Workforce Management Analyst Cliff Stevenson and the Brandon Hall Group research team. The survey is designed to provide information on:
• How organizations are measuring the direct and indirect value of diversity and inclusion
• The most valuable activities for diversity and inclusion overall and by key employee groups
• Best practices in regard to D&I compliance, and what is being done to prepare for proposed regulatory changes
• The impact of diversity and inclusion on key business metrics
• Expected change in budgets specifically earmarked for D&I
• Demand for and use of technology solutions that help manage diversity and inclusion
The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete. Preliminary results are expected by mid-September. The survey research will be supplemented with qualitative interviews with selected survey respondents, as well as case studies from high-performing organizations from throughout the world. Major reports are expected in the fall.
