Child Care Resource Center (CCRC) is pleased to honor its 40th Anniversary Champions for Children, Camille Maben and Ed Hill, two distinguished and dedicated community leaders. Their life long dedication and advocacy to children, families, and the community have benefited thousands of Californians.

Since 1976, CCRC has worked to help children and families reach their full potential with the help of our 2016 Champions for Children, Camille Maben, Executive Director of First 5 California and Ed Hill, CCRC’s former Chair - Board of Directors.

These champions have supported CCRC’s mission, vision and values in one or all of the following ways:

  • Developed comprehensive programs that strengthen families and prepare young children for success.
  • Established and promoted community collaboration across the county, state and country.
  • Increased and enhanced the knowledge of politicians and stake holders on the significant impact early care and education has on the economy at the local and state level.
