A lawsuit has been filed against Hollywood assistant director by attorney Eric Traut of Traut Firm following seven years of footage allegedly discovered on a home computer and several hard drives, on behalf of three of the victims in Los Angeles County civil court on August 11, 2016. Court documents allege that the incidents occurred during a seven-year period during his employment and during private events including a child’s birthday party and a relative’s honeymoon.
Attorney Eric Traut is suing on behalf of victims Jennifer Schrauwers, Laura Twors and Cintia Kumalo for damages for invasion of privacy, emotional distress, and trespassing, among other Civil Code violations.
