ALAW, a full-service real estate law firm that represents the mortgage industry, including the nation’s top financial institutions, is pleased to announce that Michael Spicer has joined the firm as Managing Attorney of Default Operations for the firm’s North Carolina operation. Spicer joins Joe Thompson, Managing Attorney of Title and Closing Services, at the firm’s growing office in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Spicer brings nearly a decade of experience in managing default operations to ALAW’s North Carolina office. Spicer most recently managed default services operations at Rogers Townsend and also serves as a legal educator, conducting numerous Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars on mortgage servicing and default law.
