Industry Veterans Manji Matharu and Rick Roth Join Sevatec Board of Advisors

Manji Matharu is a seasoned entrepreneur and technologist with over 20 years of experience serving both federal and commercial customers. He is founder and former President and CEO of Agilis International, a data warehousing and analytics company, which was acquired by Infogix in 2014. Matharu remained with the combined entity in an executive role until Infogix was sold to private equity firm Thoma Bravo earlier this year. Prior to founding Agilis, he served in CEO, COO and CTO roles at Sotas, Inc., a high technology company that delivered network monitoring systems. He also served as the President and CEO of Strategic Signaling Systems & Networks (S3Net) prior to its merger with SOTAS, Inc. Matharu is currently an investor and executive in several early-stage technology companies primarily focused on business intelligence and data sciences.
Rick Roth has over 35 years of experience leading and advising government contracting and technology firms ranging in size from start-ups to multi-billion dollars. He has served as CFO for five different companies over the past 20 years, leading all aspects of Finance and Accounting, Contracts, Human Resources, Business Operations and Pricing. Additionally, he has significant M&A experience, closing and integrating approximately ten strategic acquisitions including the negotiation and sale of QSS Group, a $300M IT services government contractor, to Perot Systems. In addition to his role as CFO at QSS Group, Roth also held senior finance positions with Intellisource, Sprint, Hughes Network Systems, and Price Waterhouse, LLP, among others.
