Last Concert Cafe Announces August Concert Lineup

This month, the Café offers a lineup for every hungry customer to enjoy.

Plan ahead for some of the month’s most entertaining performances, live right at Last Concert Café. With a variety of music genres, from tribute bands to funk, blues and soul, the Café has a lineup of shows for everyone to enjoy.

This month’s lineup includes the following performances:

  • Aug. 18: Colin Lake: powerful vocal style and soulful touch on guitar and lap steel deliver his feel for roots and blues music.
  • Aug. 19: Cream Cheese Accident: A String Cheese Incident tribute band. "A super-group of talented individuals from the central Texas area, Cream Cheese Accident had the crowd dancing almost as if String Cheese were actually there, while at the same time adding their own flare to the songs," Karli Jaenike from FestPop said.
  • Aug. 29: Guitar Shorty: Legendary guitarist and vocalist will portray his talent from the blues world. Influenced by both Jimi Hendrix and Buddy Guy, Guitar Shorty has been electrifying audiences for decades with his energetic live shows and recordings.
