FMT Consultants, a leading Southern California provider of integrated business management solutions and information technology services, was recently named one of the San Diego Business Journal’s 2016 Best Places to Work in San Diego.
The annual list was created by The San Diego Business Journal, Best Companies Group, and official event sponsor Kaiser Permanente.
The selection process consisted of a two-part process, which evaluated company policies, philosophy, practices, systems, demographics, and employee experience. The score received at the end of this rigorous evaluation determined the top companies and rankings.
