PactSafe Launches PactSafe for Startups to Reduce Time Spent by Entrepreneurs on Legal Activities

PactSafe, the leader in providing in-house legal teams and software developers with a legal system of record, announced a brand new offering for startup companies today. PactSafe for Startups is a service built specifically to help entrepreneurs reduce the time they’re spending worrying about online terms, contract signatures, and how online legal terms are accepted. PactSafe for Startups is available to software-as-a-service companies that are either members or graduates of dozens of different technology accelerators and incubators around the country. Additionally, a dashboard for electronic contracts, a branded cloud-based legal center, and access to PactSafe’s electronic signature solution.

Companies eligible for PactSafe for Startups have less than $1 million in revenue, must have taken less than $1 million in investment, and have less than 1,000 customers. The first year of the service is free and for the next 6 months, customers are subject to a legacy pricing structure.
