During 2016, InTouch has added six new members to their management and development team. In addition to the technical support, InTouch is strengthening its customer success efforts. New analysts are designing clear release timelines for clients, while diligently working to improve training and service at the club level. Improvements in these areas will assist club owners in maximizing the effects of the Follow-Up system on their businesses.
