Centerfield Media for the Second Year in a Row Named One of the Best Places to Work and one of Inc. Magazine’s Top 5000 Fastest Growing Companies of 2016
El Segundo, CA (PRWEB) August 17, 2016 -- For the second year in a row, advertising technology company Centerfield Media was named one of Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2016 Best Places to Work, ranking #15 in the medium employer category. They changed categories thanks to major head-count growth, previously ranking #8 in the small business category. This comes just on the heels of being named one of Inc. Magazine’s 5000 Fastest Growing Companies of 2016, also placing for the second year in a row.
Responsible for its recognition, in part, is Centerfield’s engaging office environment, dedication to charitable giving, and employee benefits. Centerfield’s employee engagement ranked as high as 95%. According to Gallup polls, the most recent national average for employee engagement stands at 34%.
“Being named for both prestigious and highly exclusive lists in one week is really exciting,” said Jason Cohen, Co-President and Co-Founder of Centerfield. “I’m grateful for our team and all that we can accomplish together.”
Brett Cravatt, Centerfield Co-Founder and Co-President, shared Cohen’s sentiment.
“Our continued growth is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team, who has helped position Centerfield as an advertising technology leader,” Cravatt said.
Winners were determined through a statewide survey, designed to identify the Los Angeles companies with the highest impact on the state’s economy, workforce, and fellow businesses.
Centerfield also moved up 180 spots in Inc. Magazine’s 2016 list of Fastest Growing Private Companies. Previously ranked at #1125, the company placed #945 this year, based on a 3-year growth of 419%, beating out tech giants HookLogic, Bitly and more.
The Inc. 5000 represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment – its independent entrepreneur-led businesses. Companies such as Microsoft, Dell, Domino’s Pizza, Pandora, and more gained their first national exposure as honorees of the Inc. 5000.
