BRUSSELS – (PRWEB) August 26, 2016 -- How can people change the world?
Life coach and author of “Lifewise: Individual Indicators of Universal Life Values,” Catherine Wheels says that change begins within.
Wheels had a difficult childhood and was diagnosed with life-threatening illnesses from which doctors said she would never recover. Wheels’ determination as an adult to move on from past experiences allowed her to regain her health and take steps to a happy life.
“I could either keep viewing myself as a victim or a weak person, or I could take back control of my life and alter my thoughts,” said Wheels. “I want people to know that nothing is ever lost if you are courageous enough to redirect your life.”
Applying the thoughts and messages that she compiled in “Lifewise” to her own life, Wheels challenges readers to take responsibility and confront recurring problems to make a change. Using quotes and phrases based on Wheels’ own experience, she leaves readers thinking about how they can apply the messages to their current struggles.
“I wrote this book so readers could find relatable topics that they are struggling with and apply the lessons to their lives for that day.”
“Lifewise” is designed to help readers who feel ostracized, looked down upon and judged for who they are to create a paradigm shift and open their eyes to a broader world.
