SDN Essentials Adds Chuck Black to Education Services Team

Chuck comes with a wealth of industry experience and is a well known SDN author and evangelist. He spent the last 4 years at Tallac Networks, an SDN Services company he cofounded, and was responsible for the development of SDN application training in Europe, India, Asia, Central and South America, Middle East and the United States. His coauthored book “Software Defined Networks: A Comprehensive Approach” is an industry reference for those looking to learn about SDN.
Chuck also spent 31 years with Hewlett Packard doing research and development in the field of computer networking. He holds eleven patents in network topology discovery, network connectivity management and network health monitoring, and has Bachelor's and Master's of Science degrees in Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
At SDNE, Chuck will help further our Education Services as well as provide valuable insight for consulting discussions. He joins SDNE in the capacity of lead SDN instructor, bringing his expertise in software development as well as renowned SDN knowledge, to the group. He will also be responsible for content development and maintenance, and software development.
