Software Paradigms International Group, LLC (“SPI”), a global IT services and solutions provider for retailers around the world headquartered in Atlanta GA, announced a major new release of its Buyer Direct Retail Planning Software. The latest release of Buyer Direct builds on the key tenets of SPIs supplier-to-customer omni-channel vision and strengthens SaaS delivery of the software.

“Buyer Direct 15.0 represents a major investment for our team and a continued commitment to catalog and online retailers,” said Ray Goodman, Senior Product Owner of Buyer Direct. “Additionally, we are continuing to evolve our overall architecture to allow for continued integration with SPI’s brick and mortar offerings allowing for greater omni-channel capabilities.”

“The Buyer Direct product suite continues to extend our capabilities in merchandise and inventory planning for online retailers in today’s omni-channel environment. This release in particular represents a major investment by SPI to greatly enhance our capabilities across the retail value chain for online and catalog retailers, particularly those who also have physical stores” said Steve Taylor, Senior Vice President of Product Delivery. “These enhancements allow our customers to continue to compete successfully for very savvy customers in a competitive retail landscape.”
