Denver’s Atlas Advertising Announces New CEO
Denver, Colorado (PRWEB) September 01, 2016 -- Guillermo Mazier will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer at Atlas Advertising effective September 1, 2016. Formerly Atlas’ Vice President of Strategic Accounts, Mazier has been with Atlas Advertising since 2009, serving in multiple roles during his tenure at the 15-year-old advertising agency that specializes in marketing for the economic development and tourism industries.
“Taking Atlas to the next level is a challenge I plan to tackle head first. The passion and the fervor I have for this company and the clients we serve is palpable, and I’m excited to build on the solid foundation we have worked hard to grow since 2001. More importantly, though, I’m ready to enhance our programs, our staff, and the work we do that impacts communities all over the world,” Mazier said.
With more than 10 years of public and private sector marketing experience, Mazier understands the intricacies and nuances involved in marketing places and communities. He will build upon Atlas Advertising’s strong foundation which includes work with 190 economic development and tourism organizations in 48 states and six countries.
Mazier replaces founder Ben Wright, who will assume the CEO position of Community Systems, a software development company spun out by Atlas in 2014.
“Guillermo is a passionate, capable, and energetic leader who really understands Atlas Advertising’s mission, customers, and team. We could not ask for a better leader to help take the company to the next level,” Wright said.
